Who Can Apply?

Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Pass-out Year)
Age: 18–30 Years
Valid Two-Wheeler & Driving License (Mandatory)
Good Mathematics Skills
Basic knowledge of Berger Paints and competitor brands (Asian Paints, Nerolac, Akzo Nobel, Indigo Paints, etc.)
Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome
Candidates with 1+ year of experience in Field Sales, Channel Sales, Banking, Insurance, Paints, Laminates, Plywood, Electricals, or Lubricants are preferred.
Must know the local language of the applied location.

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets
Build strong relationships with painters, contractors, builders, dealers & retailers
Conduct market visits to generate new business opportunities
Promote products and increase market visibility
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth order execution
Submit daily sales and market reports

Work Mode: Work from Office + Field Sales
